Our healthier lifestyle studios offer infrared yoga, fitness, and meditation classes. We also offer private infrared saunas, with showers, for those members and guest looking to sweat out toxins, heal injuries, alleviate illnesses, and improve their overall health. Optional services include Vitamin Injections, Vitamin IV drips, Body Sculpting, Body Wraps and more.

Sweatheory FAR Infrared Saunas and yoga and fitness studios are unlike any other. Our studios are furnished with advanced FAR infrared technology, constructed of untreated cedar, have medical-grade chakra lights to light up the entire room with healing colors and have a pink Himalayan salt wall to enhance the experience. This unique environment brings the deepest penetration, peak performance, and comfort during classes.
